After purchase, your edition is one ZIP file under Downloads in your OsDots.com account: the web application with its browser installer, the customer app’s Flutter source and the documentation, which every package also carries as offline HTML.

Personal technical support from OsDot with priority handling of standard installation, configuration and update issues. Not included: custom development, server administration, hosting administration, third-party services and their fees.

The administration area shows “Powered by OsDot™” in every edition, and it stays. The same link in the public website’s footer can be switched off by the salon’s owner.
